What are private parties?
What is provided by the venue and what do I need to bring myself?
As much as possible, we want your party to be hassle free, so there is very little you need to bring along yourselves. However we do not provide the following items and should you wish to have them at your party, you would need to provide them yourselves:
- Cake
- Tablecloth for the cake table
- Themed paper plates for the cake, cups & napkins
- Party bags and favours
Do you provide cakes?
Do you provide decorations?
Do you provide supervision throughout the parties?
Do you cater for specific dietary requirements?
What is your policy on shoes?
Are push-chairs allowed in the venue?
Is your venue accessible by wheelchairs?
Can I come and visit the venue before booking?
Can I have a longer party?
How long before can I come to set up my party?
What food is provided for the children?
Will the children have drinks during the party?
Can my guests order from the cafe/bar and pay themselves?
Are confetti allowed at the party?
What if a child cancels at the last minute?
Is parking available?
Will there be music at the party?
